Backup Fugue for DOS & Windows - Power failures, hardware or software
problems, or user mistakes can all result in data loss. Knowing you have
an up to date backup means you can get things up and running normally in
a short space of time.
You take a full backup only once. After that, Backup Fugue backs up only
files which have changed. All files are written to the one backup set,
making it easy to find them later. You can keep multiple versions of
files if you desire, and obsolete files are deleted from the backup and
the space reused.
Browse the Backup Master Index tree to see what is on your backup. Fine
tune the selection process by masking out files, or even mark individual
files to be excluded or included.
Backup Fugue uses compression to save space on the backup. It can backup
to ZIP, Syquest or Bernouli removable hard disks, optical drives or
writeable CD drives.
