Hernoem is a program that checks a particular file for its size. If it is of zero length, it is renamed such that it gets a unique filename/extension. If the length IS zero, it will erase the particular file. This is Free software, as defined by the GNU General Public Licence. It comes with the full source code in A86 v.4-format assembly language.
