Duax 98 Lite provides an audible alarm whenever a modem connection (TCP/IP) to the Internet is established or broken, thereby preventing unintentional modem connections going unnoticed. The program will automatically start up when a modem connection (TCP/IP) is established. Duax 98 Lite is a simplified implementation for Windows 98 of an earlier version (Duax11.zip) that would only run under Windows 95 with the original dial-up networking component installed (not with the newer DUNs v1.2 or v1.3).
