Altera to OrCAD is a simple utility that allows you to create a symbol for OrCAD, based on the contents of an Altera Max-Plus II Configuration File (ACF). The tool reads an ACF file to extract user defined pin name/number/type information. This information is combined with information optionally present in a libary file (altera.ded) which contains definition of dedicated pins for a given part/package. The output is an EDIF representation of the symbol which can be imported directly into OrCAD Capture. Save time and increase the reliability of your schematics avoiding error prone manual conversions!!
